Chunnel TV has this video - called “Warp Whistle” - that features Mario warping from Super Mario Bros. 3 into the real world.  Think Who Framed Roger Rabbit, but without the voluptuous Jessica Rabbit.  Instead, we get a Seth Rogan-esque guy holding a block for Mario to smash.  I predict that it’s only a matter of time before we start hearing rumors of a live action Mario movie.  That’d be one remake I don’t think anyone would be opposed to.  How awful is the original?  I still don’t understand it, and I’ve even watched it stone sober.  A huge mistake.
