Yes, Ninja Gaiden 2 was an Xbox 360 exclusive, but that doesn’t mean that Team Ninja can crank out a PS3 version, make a few changes and call it Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2.  From the trailer, it looks just like the Xbox version, but there seems to be something missing.  Oh yeah…blood.  Lots of blood.  Maybe the violence was toned down for the purposes of the trailer, but when you slash someone with a scythe, blood should be gushing out of the stumps where their limbs once were.

Regardless, though, I make mention quite often about how much I loved the Xbox version, so if you own a PS3, I can’t recommend this game highly enough.  It also looks like some new enemies, bosses, and playable characters have been added, although why someone would want to play as anyone other than Ryu Hayabusa is beyond me.  Have fun and try not to break too many controllers out of frustration.
