I’m pretty sure that Seth MacFarlane’s Cavalcade consists of jokes that were too random to be incorporated into Family Guy, which is really saying a lot.

I don’t like Family Guy much at all. It’s just never been funny to me. This is no different. Meh.
Seth Green did pretty much this same sketch on Robot Chicken with Link and Zelda a while back. Surprised they’d copy the premise for this when they work together.
