The Hangover Trailer Brings No Regrets

I have fairly high hopes for The Hangover, which looks like a well-executed version of Dude, Where’s My Car featuring legitimately funny people and helmed by Todd Philips, director of Old School. Although to be fair, I didn’t realize he was also the director of Starsky and Hutch and School for Scoundrels.

The film features Bradley Cooper (who is in everything under the sun lately), Ed Helms (who needs to be seen onscreen more) and what appears to be Joaquin Phoenix as three friends trying to find their other soon-to-be-married friend after absurd bachelor night in Vegas.

I’m sure you’ve all tried to piece together the mystery of a lost night after a few too many gin and tonics, so imagine it’s two days worth of blackout, and the festivities involved impersonating an officer, stealing a baby and hanging out with Mike Tyson.

I think this will be worth a watch.

That’s Zach Galifianakis … not Joaquin Phoenix …

    w00t!

Zach Galifianakis in a feature film. I can totally dig this.

Plus, it does help that Ed Helms is in it. I’ll definitely be checking this out.

how can you not know who Galifianakis is? he’s probably one of the funniest comedians i’ve ever seen and has had many bit roles in movies and sitcoms.
