The Morning Link: Judd Apatow’s Ghost Busters
I can’t believe I just read this:
Looks like Judd Apatow will be adding Ghostbusters 3 to the sometimes inconsistent line-up of Pineapple Express, Drillbit Taylor, Knocked Up and others. Apatow Productions is officially attached to produce the third G. Busters film.
The rest of the story is simply too heartbreaking for me to finish. Chalk this up to yet another list of remakes that I am fearing will go miserably bad. I will say this though, bring back Sigourney Weaver and have her go topless. That would at least make for some entertainment and shock value.

remakes usually go bad, but GhostBusters is a little like Star Wars IV-VI: Lukas used the computer special effects, he couldn’t effort to spend money for in the 70s, just 20 years later.
GB had wonderfull stories and characters, but the effect-side was just missing out in the 80s. They should give it a try! BUT they ought to make a hell of a job in honor to GB, the fans have not forgotten!

the only way I will see this movie is if it has all the original cast members
