Queen of the Iron Fist Tournament: The Finals

This has been months in the making. We’ve whittled our way down to two girls from thirty two, coming from eight different historical fighting series. We’ve seen legends fall left and right, we’ve seen upsets, we’ve seen avalanches and we’ve even seen a boy. But here, at the end of all things, I think we’ve got the two best ones out of all of them. And so let the final fight begin:
Cammy (Street Fighter) vs. Taki (Soul Calibur)
Who lies in Cammy’s wake? Let’s see, in round 1 she took out fellow blonde Helena from Dead or Alive. In the Sweet Sixteen she decimated dance-fighting Brazilian Christie from Tekken. The Elite Eight had her squaring off against heavy favorite Morrigan Aensland from Darkstalkers, but she persevered. She beat up Dead or Alive’s Kasumi in the final four, and here she stands, in the final two.
And Taki? Well she started off by crushing Virtua Fighter’s Pai Chan, then moved on to shredding Hitomi from Dead or Alive. Next she again faced a DOA alum, Tina Armstrong, the most fearsome of all the beach volleyball girls, but she took down the buxom blonde with typical ninja-like agility. In the final four she won a scorcher against Tekken’s Nina Williams, and now she stands across from Cammy in the finals.
The two couldn’t be more different. One is British (not Russian! I just found out!), blonde and likes to showcase her behind. The other is Japanese, black-haired and her best assest are up top. Both appear to be huge fans of skintight spandex however, so in that regard, everbody wins. Both have acrobatic movies, although Cammy uses her fists and thighs rather than a blade like Taki.
It’s tough but a decisions has to be made, and that’s why I give ultimate victory to Taki. She’s the complete package, in body, face and skills alike. Cammy is great no doubt, but Taki is just a little bit better. She’s rocked the competition from the very beginning, and I think she deserves to come out on top.
Winner: Taki
Thanks for turning out the past few months, it’s been absurd but fun putting this thing together. I will be taking suggestions for my next tournament, so feel free to let me know your thoughts on the matter. Hope you enjoyed the festivities and I’ll see you next year.

What is this mess?
I just looked over all of your listing. Where’s SNK game characters. I know they are not that popular in the U.S. But come on, Mai Shiranui was the first video game chick with over the top sex appeal (sorry, Chun Li is ugly). For that matter, SNK was the one that introduced the over top combo, 3 on 3 team, and charging attacks. KOF forever!
I wish you would have done more with this, like shown more pictures as evidence to back up their assets. (Did you ever show a picture of Cammy that wasn’t 2D?) I just think you need more to back it up and make it worth reading. I know in the end, it’s just your opinion, but if you’d been more descriptive and given us more pictures, I wouldn’t have felt so annoyed that your taste in women is basically the opposite of mine. Although I agree with Taki coming out on top.
KOF, or SNK for that matter, have WAAAAYYY to many girl fighters and nice ones at that. Adding them to tournament would’ve been too cumbersome.

I agree, fuck SNK. There are some that should have gotten honorable mention though… like B. Orchid from Killer Instinct
