We’re up to the fifth episode of the Dark Path Chronicles, and I still have no idea what to expect (Part 4 was so bad we didn’t even add it).  In fact, I have very little idea of what’s going on.  It turns out the writer and director of these episodes is Mary Lambert, who directed the film version of Pet Semetary.  I like Pet Semetary – what the hell happened to Mary?  Part 5 after the jump:

First off, I can’t even begin to understand why this music plays throughout every episode.  It’s simply unbearable.  The priest is the most intense guy ever, which I find a little disturbing considering he’s a man of the cloth, and the girl with blood coming out of her nose and eyes is such a terrible actress that I think she may actually have filmed her scenes after a day-long coke binge.  Which is what I’m going to need to do if we’re gonna continue with these episodes.
