Biker in the Baja 500 unknowingly gets sent back in time to 1875 or thereabouts. He's outfitted in metallic red jumpsuit w ultra hi-tech bike and bike helmet the Terminator would have envied. The movie never lets you forget the time dif and is totally entertaining beginning to end. Soundtrack and dialogue (you'd swear this movie was written in 2009) to die for; view this baby on HD format and loud surround sound. Just finished seeing Final Countdown which basically sucked, but for afficianados of the genre, necessary venue. I'm an old f##ker at 66 yrs old and my picks are Time Rider, Time Machine I, Back To The Future, Terminator, Flight of the Navigator, Somewhere In Time, Frequency, 12 Monkeys. Haven't seen Time Crimes but told it's a must see. Philadelphia Experiment was exciting for the idea but it was basically a chase from beginning to end with no dialogue of interest, pathetic script. If anyone reading this has come from the future, then you already know that the best movie ever is on no list anywhere in this time: "Mondo USA", a blockbuster to end all blockbusters. It came out in 2023 and is basically about a sophmore Economics major in college who gets transported back in time to 2010 when America was falling faster into the 2nd Depression and Century 21 Revolution was still five years away, and tries to correct the calamity. ciao ciao, pete.
