Can We All Agree that the Dragonball Z Movie is Going to be Atrocious?
I honestly can’t wait to see the Super Sayan wig.
Look, I’m a pretty patient guy, I’ll normally wait to at least see a trailer before I decide if a movie is going to suck or not, but this latest batch of screenshots from the set of the DBZ movie is giving me little to work with here. Goku looks like some dumpy white dude who just got out of bed, Piccolo looks like the yellow guy from Sin City and Master Roshi just looks like Chow Yun Fat.
Here’s the gallery, but seriously, there’s a right way and a wrong way to adapt anime. This is wrong. And the right way? Speed Racer. Yeah, I said it.

Agreed, this movie will be raping my childhood memories of Dragon Ball.

yup its gonna be the biggest dump in the hollywood business. oh and for the record i think its just another excuse to make a movie about a white guy getting the asian chick (ie: the forbidden kingdom)
I was stupid enough to watch it and it was by far the worst movie i’ve ever seen. I mean it destroyed dragonball and was worse then those really bad tv movies. Goku isn’t anywhere close to the happy go lucky goof he always has been in the series and they have him a teen in high school which reminds me more of gohan when he goes to high school. They completly ruined one of my fav animes and the director and cast should all be ashamed of themselves for their performance.
