Real Life Calvin and Hobbes is Way More Cute than Creepy

So there are a number of artists that have attempted to bring cartoons to life, but 99% of the time, they turn out horrendously creepy. Actually, this might be the first time I’ve ever seen one work effectively.

Sure, it helps the subject is a little boy and a tiger, as those can actually translate to the real world fairly convincingly, though I have to say, I’m not sure I ever saw such joyous rapture between the two in the actual comic. I vote the artist makes a picture of them on a sled going over a cliff instead.

You can actually buy this here, and it’s not that expensive. I’d just remember to caption it so people don’t think you’re strange for having a random boy-hugging-tiger picture in your house.
