If Only Kids Would Follow This 80s Safety Advice

Who would have known that back in the 80s such a simple game would have been around?  A game that would teach little children simple rules about safety.   And appropriately so it’s called Let’s Be Safe.

What I like about this book is that it has transcended time.   Looking at the pages, it’s still applicable today.  Save for a few cards it’s pretty neat.   For every single problem card, there’s a solution card.

Check out the cards after the jump…..

Pretty smart if you ask me.   Sometimes technology isn’t always the answer folks.

Thanks to Triceratops for these

Just curious, you said “save for a few”, which ones? They all seem solid to me. Even if a lot of them repeat getting the same idea across. Though I understand kids may need specifics.

    “Get your own ball, kid.”

As long as you aren’t pulling a Biff from BTTF2 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4WM-1M1t3gw), kids should be responsible for their own toys.
